We have partnered with M3 Hospitality Accounting to consolidate our accounting services. This results in lower administrative costs for our owners. M3 helps us generate more accurate and timelier daily, weekly, and monthly financial information for our owners.
A strong and effective revenue management along with a comprehensive sales and marketing plan are critical to success. Our sales focus is on both local and national accounts. Our sales team is provided with up-to-date tools and all brand training to achieve its goals.
As a team we understand and believe the need to generate and develop our business. We develop a strategic business plan for each hotel with input from our owners and partners. The plan includes an operating budget, a capital improvement plan, and a sales and marketing plan.
